Julie Drolet
M.D., FRCSC, FACOGDr. Julie Drolet is originally from Montreal, Canada and has been practicing in York since 1997. She completed her medical school and a five year Residency in Montreal and holds certification from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the USA.
Dr. Drolet has also completed post doctoral studies in Advanced Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery in Europe. This expertise benefits patients as they have less trauma and pain. They experience a shorter recovery and return to their normal activities more quickly.
Dr. Drolet's areas of specialty and interest include chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, fibroids, prolapse, pelvic reconstructive surgery, and incontinence.

Rama K. Rao
M.D., MPHDr. Rao received a Master of Public Health and Doctor of Medicine from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, Cooper Hospital University Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey.
Dr. Rao is a member of the Society of Gynecological Laparoscopists and a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and is board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Rao has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, such as
total laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparoscopic supra-cervical hysterectomy.

Deborah Gobel
RNC, CRNPDeborah T. Gobel has been a nurse practitioner since 1978 and joined Woman's Institute For GYN in May 2005 specializing in women's health care. She received her training at the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey.
Since that time, she has been actively practicing in the York community. She is certified by the Nurses Association of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Deb and her husband, Michael, reside in York and have 2 sons, Benjamin and Andrew.

Joyce Morgan
RNC,CRNP
Joyce Morgan has been an OB/GYN nurse practitioner since 1980. She received her nursing diploma from The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in 1973 and worked in OB/GYN until attending the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Joyce has worked in many areas of PA, most recently in the Lancaster and Harrisburg area. She is certified by the National Certification Corporation in OB/GYN. She is a member of the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals and an Education affiliate member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Joyce lives in Maytown with her dog, Heidi.
